A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE EXPORT - IMPORT BANK OF
CHINA
WHERE AS, a loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Export - Import Bank of China stipulating that the Export - Import Bank of in an amount equivalent to one hundred and seventy one million eighty thousand four hundred United States was signed in Beijing on the 12th day of May 2017 ;
WHERE AS, the House of Peoples ' Representatives of said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of July 2017 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
