WHEREAS, a credit agreement between the Provisional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia and the International

A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A DEVELOPMENT CREDIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT OF SOCIALIST ETHIOPIA AND THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

WHEREAS, the Provisional Military Administration Co agreement ;
WHEREAS, the said credit agreement has been submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval and has obtained its approval; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provi sional Military Administration Council and the Council of Mi nisters Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " International De velopment Association Credit Agreement for Grain Storage and Marketing Project Approval Proclamation No. 149 /
2. Definition
In this Proclamation, “ credit agreement ” shall mean the credit agreement between the Provisional Military Govern ment of Socialist Ethiopia and the International Develop ment Association signed on the 9th day of June 1978. –
