A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT ON CULTURE , EDUCATION , SCIENCE , MASS MEDIA , YOUTH AND SPORTS COOPERATION WITH THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY WHEREAS , the Agreement on Culture , Education , የትምህርት ፣ | Science , Mass Media , Youth and Sports Cooperation and the Republic of Turkey was signed in Addis Ababa the 25th day of June , 2004 ; WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited “ Agreement on Culture , Education , Science , Mass Media , Youth and Sports Cooperation with Republic of Turkey Ratification Proclamation No. Unit Price The African Law Archive * * * 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Agreement on Culture , Education , Science , Mass Media youth and Sports Cooperation signed in Addis Ababa on the 25th day of June , 2004 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Turkey is hereby ratified ; 3. Power of Implementation The Ministry of Youth , Sports and Culture , the Ministry of Education , the Ministry of Information and the Science and Technology Commission are hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the implementation of the Agreement in their respective jurisdictions . 4. Effective Date The Proclamation shall enter into force on the 30 day of June , 2005 .
