Page 171 PROCLAMATION NO . 34 / 1996 A PROCLAMATION TO REPEAL THE SMALL - SCALE INDUSTRIES AND HANDICRAFTS DEVELOPMENT AGENCY ESTABLISHMENT PROCLAMATION WHEREAS , it is found necessary to repeal the Small tablishment Proclamation No . 28 / 1996 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of | Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the " Small - Scale Industries and Handicrafts Development Agency Establishment Proclamation Repealing Proclamation No . 34 / 1996 . ” 2 . Repeal The Small - Scale Industries and Handicrafts Development Agency Establishment Proclamation No . 28 / 1996 is hereby repealed .
