1. Short Title
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples ' Representatives 31 day of January, 2008 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
This Proclamation may be cited as the " African Nuclear - Weapon - Free Zone Treaty (Pelindaba Treaty) Ratification Proclamation No. 565/2008 ”.
