3. Definitions
Part One GENERAL
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Chambers of Commerce Proclamation No. 148/1978. "

2. Repeals
All laws and directives concerning Chambers of Commerce that are in conflict with the provisions of this Proclama tion are hereby repealed.
In this Proclamation:
