COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS No. 134/1993 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MIDDLE AWASH AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISE
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the “ Middle Awash Agricultural Develpment Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 134/1993. "
2. Establishment
a) There is hereby established a Public Enterprise to be known as the Middle Awash Agricultural Development Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ").
b) The Enterprise shall be governed by the Public Enter
3. Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the government shall be the Supervising Authority of the Enterprise.
