COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION No. 212/2011 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AMBO UNIVERSITY
1. Short Title
University Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 212./2011. ”
2. Establishment
1) Ambo University (hereinafter the “ Uni versity ”) is hereby established as an autonomous higher education public institution having its own legal personality.
2) The University shall be accountable to the Ministry of Education.
3) The University shall be governed by the Higher Education Proclamation No. 650/2009 and the Federal Universities Council of Ministers Regulation No. 210./2011.
