This Regulation may be cited as the " Ethiopian Mine Action Office Dissolution Council of Ministers Regulation No. 267/2012 ”.
Dissolution
The Ethiopian Mine Action Office established by the Council of Ministers Regulation No. 70/2001 is hereby dissolved.

Transfer of Rights and Obligations
The rights and obligations of the Ethiopian Mine Action Office are hereby transferred to the Ministry of National Defense.
